About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our team in a newly created role supporting the Executive General Manager and assisting with the coordination of daily office operations.
This role will play an important part in ensuring the smooth running of the office by providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, and assisting with general office administration.
You will work closely with the Executive General Manager while also interacting with staff, external consultants, and visitors. The role would suit someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a varied and fast-paced environment.
CS GAS encourages professional development, and this position would suit someone interested in working towards a Certificate IV qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Executive General Manager’s diary, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate and organise internal and external meetings
- Taking detailed minutes of meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodation as required
- Order and manage office stationery and supplies
- Assist with organising company functions and office events
- Liaise with external consultants and visitors
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Assist with managing office facilities including coordination of cleaning services and maintaining office presentation
- Provide reception support, including answering incoming calls and greeting visitors
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration, office support, or reception (preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- A professional and positive
